A fine offering of various art galleries, studios, museums and art educational facilities are interspersed through the county. The Lancaster Museum of Art, The Demuth Museum and the Heritage Center Museum are interesting sites to attend.

Demuth Museum offers a rotating view of a permanent collection, which consists of 27 Charles Demuth originals. The opportunity to experience the environment in which Demuth created his more than 1,000 watercolors, drawings and architectural oils can be experienced in his studio. There is an interesting perspective at the antique garden from which he drew inspiration for his masterful floral watercolors. It is located on the site of the artist's restored home and painting studio in historic downtown.
