Posted By: parent Quality Score: 2 2004-04-02 “As a parent of two children in this school for 5 years, this school is being undermined by poor leadership. As a proactive parent, I have tried to be involved in the school and have expressed interest in many areas. There was no PTO, parental input was not considered unless you would be a team player. If you did not agree with what was proposed and would make a suggestion, your suggestion would be disregarded. If you would question any decisions that are made you become labeled as a bickering parent. The children at this school are being taught down to. Until recently these children had no spelling criteria and the reading scores are not even close to were they should be. There have been community leaders that have been told that their volunteer services were no longer needed at this school because they were inquisitive about the budget.”
