I came there 2 look at one of their cars and it was such a disappointment. They dealer came off as ignorant. He didnt help us at all and didnt even seem like he knew anythin about any cars or even knew what he was doing. He didnt seem like he even cared about his customers or about sellin the car. Or even try 2 wheel and deal with us. There was even a strange noise that the car made when u turned it on and they said they werent goin to fix it unless we bought it so warranty would cover it. I never been someplace where the dealer didnt care to listen to you or help you out in any way! Let me tell u we just walked out and never even bought the car

I recently bought a truck at Lancaster Dodge and got a great no hassle deal from Scott P. I strongly recommend you shop at this store before you buy. The service department was very helpful and explained all repairs before they were preformed at reasonable prices.

I bought a Dodge Neon 2000 from this dealership. Car was making a strange noise when it was started. Took it back to the dealership more times than I could count only to be told that the service department never heard the noise. The service manager Tom went so far as to ask my boyfriend if he was sure this was an actual noise I was hearing or if it was in my head. Needless to say I traded that car in at another dealership and now have nothing positive to day about this dealership.l
